Origami Owl Necklace

Hi this is beautyundergrad with a piece of jewelry that is very unique. So the concept behind this is you basically design it yourself. You pick the necklace type, color, and length. Then you pick your center piece also type, color and size (so many to choose from). After that you pick and choose your charms (tons to choose from) order took about one week to receive. It came in this fortune cookie jewelry box and the cookie came stuffed in the "Chinese food take out" box. My charms are:

At Home Laser Hair Removal

This review is on the Tria Laser Hair Removal. I've had this machine for over a year now. I have found this machine to be effective to a curtain extent. Direction say only use on, dark hair,  light-medium skin tone, not on your face, and you must shave the area first. So, when I started this process, I thought it would to be a quick solution to my "hairy" problem. Well it wasn't. I'm still using it a year later. I started the laser on my arms first, and thought I'd work my way down. Needless to say I'm still working on my arms. I "zap" once every two weeks. I have patches of hair, but the hair is fine, lighter and very sparse. I still can't tolerate I highest setting it hurts me. There's six settings. I'm at 4 or 5 on a good day. It hurts like a epilator. So bottom line Is it worth the money. NO.

Absolute Full Coverage Foundation and Concealer

I have tried many foundations and concealers for full coverage, from drug store to high end. The best liquid foundation and concealer combination for absolute full coverage is Kat Von D lock-it longwear foundation and the lock-it concealer. The most comparable is the Estee Lauder Double Wear. I found the doublewear formula difficult to blend. But that's definitely not the case with the Kat Von D foundation. With this combo there is no blemish, scar, sun spot, age spot, redness, veins that it won't cover for a flawless look. Prefect for photo's too. The concealer was made to even cover tattoos.  I especially love it for photo's and videos. Amazing coverage!!

Clean Makeup Brushes Super Fast

If you use makeup brushes to apply your makeup. You know that the process of cleaning your brushes can take hours. I usually wash my brushes with soap, water and a bit of olive oil. I usually have to let them sit and dry over night. Well, I discovered this product through a You Tube video. It cleans all types of brushes. The best part of this cleaning solution is it only takes 15 minutes to dry. Love this, a little bit goes a long way. Example, this particular bottle I've had for about 1 year. It's fantastic. It's called "Cinema Secrets" professional brush cleaner. I got it on-line. I don't use this every day, but I do use it once a week.

Best Contouring Brushes Ever

I have tried many brushes for contouring my face. I love to add shadow and dimension to my face "angles" where I need them. The best brushes I have tried to do this technique are two Sonia Kashuk brushes from Target. The white handle makeup brush bristles are very dense. Prefect for blending seamlessly. The multi-colored handle makeup brush has the same bristles, but long and thin. Prefect for a precise contour. I use this brush for my nose.

My Best Coral and Peach Blushes

I have light-medium skin tone. Undertone is neutral, I can wear both yellow and pink undertone makeup. I prefer to wear yellow undertones. Haves some pictures of my best peach and coral blushes. I also use them as eye shadows, especially MAC Gingery and NO.7 Honey prefect transition lid color from light skin tone.

Chanel bronzer Dupe

GREAT SUMMER DUPE

Hi this is beautyundergrad. I have been wanting to purchase the Chanel Bronzer golden crème. It cost around $60. Before I shell out that kind of money for one product, I wanted to do my research. So I've watched many reviews on YouTube and came across a dupe. Sonia Kashuk crème bronzer in warm tan for $10.99. Well after testing both out. My conclusion is. Chanel's is more of a golden color and Sonia Kashuk's is a bit more tan. Both feel the same. Chanel's is lighter in color better for very pale-light skin. Sonia Kashuk's is better for mid light- medium skin. Neither would do well for dark skin. Hope this is useful.
