Hi my Curvy Cuties. Today's topic "BRA'S". Most women, myself included wear the wrong bra size.If you are like me.I would just buy the cup size I thought I was. I was purchasing 38DD just by placing the cup over my clothes on my boob. My bras always fit tight. Causing back fat, marks under my boobs, and boobs spilling over the tops. If I would bend down a boob would pop out. So I decided to go larger in the band. Which just made my boobs look sagging. No support. I started getting severe back pain and neck pain. I noticed indentations on both shoulders due to my bra straps. Well I finally decided to take care of this issue. I custom fitted myself with my prefect bra size. Which to my surprise is a 38FF. I was way off. Now I have less back pain and my girls are sitting properly and no my back fat! Wearing a properly fitted bra will also prolong your breast tissue from loosing "sagging".
